Our Streamlined Optimization Process

Our methodology has been carefully crafted to ensure both efficiency and depth of insight, enabling us to deliver well-informed recommendations for your consideration.

  • Initial Policy Consultation: We commence with a structured discussion, lasting up to one hour, to thoroughly assess your specific requirements, organizational context, and perspectives on areas requiring improvement within the two selected policies.
  • Document Submission: You will be asked to submit the relevant documentation pertaining to the selected policies to facilitate a thorough and comprehensive review. At a minimum, it is recommended that you provide a a copy of your Human Resources strategic plan, along with your organization's mission statement and defined objectives.
  • Professional Policy Evaluation: Our team will conduct a detailed evaluation of two HR policies of your choice from the provided list. Each review typically takes 10 hours, covering regulatory compliance, alignment with your organization, best practices, and operational efficiency. This includes the initial consultation and final debrief. If more time is needed, we will notify you and seek approval beforehand.
  • Written Feedback: Comprehensive and detailed feedback will be provided for each policy, emphasizing its strengths and identifying areas for improvement, including recommendations to incorporate essential information. This analysis will include professional alternatives for your evaluation, designed to enhance compliance and operational effectiveness. The objective is to ensure that your workforce thoroughly understands the policies, thereby mitigating potential claims and minimizing misunderstandings. 
  • Understanding Your Feedback:  We'll schedule a dedicated one-hour session to review the written feedback, discuss our findings, and answer any questions you have.
