Her passion lies in building thriving workplaces where talent flourishes, inclusive cultures are fostered, and legal risks are minimized. Arlene also served on White House Committees for Hispanic and Asian employment, education and economic affairs and also has extensive experience working with national civil rights and Veterans' advocacy organizations. Arlene's academic foundation, including a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from St. Leo College, further supports her strategic approach.  She also attended the Army Management Staff College and the Center for Creative Leadership.  Beyond the boardroom, she actively helps shape the Orlando community through her role as a volunteer Board Advisor on the Orange County Mayor's Commission on Aging.  Central Florida provides the perfect backdrop for Arlene's life-long interest ... gardening. She happily cultivates vegetables, herbs and her mini mango and papaya grove, embracing organic living for optimal health and wellness.
