Diego is a graduate holding a Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment Management from the University of Central Florida. With extensive experience in hospitality, tourism, and event planning, he combines a high level of professional expertise with a steadfast commitment to diversity and inclusion. His contemporary understanding of organizational dynamics, particularly those affecting Generation Z, positions him as an invaluable asset to the Cornerstone team. His intellectual curiosity drives him to pose insightful questions and maintain an informed perspective on emerging social trends, workplace culture, and wellness practices. Communication is also a core strength of his, enabling him to excel in facilitating focus groups and public speaking. In addition to his proven expertise in streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency at companies such as Walt Disney World, Loews Hotel and Carnival Cruise Lines, Diego offers support in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and online training platforms to advance the Cornerstone mission.  His technological proficiency, and outstanding communication capabilities position him as a key contributor to guiding Cornerstone and its clients toward progressive, inclusive, and successful outcomes. In addition to his professional endeavors, Diego takes great satisfaction in exploring new environments through cross-country travel, enriching his perspective and personal growth.

Wesley's thirty-four years with the U.S. Postal Service in New York State, delivering mail across the boroughs, combined with his unique experience at the prestigious Hispanic Society of America Museum and Library in Manhattan, NYC, offer a multifaceted skillset to our clients. His background encompasses a comprehensive understanding of postal operations, including the time-sensitive delivery of mail and packages, large-scale processing, and national and international shipping logistics. Wesley's expertise extends to carrier duties, logistical workflows, automated sorting technologies, and a strong emphasis on safety, including comprehensive driver training and emergency situation management. His commitment to safety and operational resilience is underscored by extensive USPS training. His tenure at the esteemed museum, housing significant rare collections, honed his abilities in the meticulous handling and secure transport of fragile and priceless items. This unique combination of experiences provides an insightful perspective in assessing and improving logistical and delivery systems. Wesley has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Rockland County Community College and received extensive supervisory and operations training from the USPS.  He also served as a Shop Steward with the National Association of Letter Carriers. In his younger years, Wesley was active on NYC recreation teams, playing football, baseball, hockey and basketball.  He now enjoys coaching his granddaughter's baseball team and finds tranquility in his "Zen" garden.

Anaury Angeles is a highly accomplished Conflict Resolution and Civil Rights Compliance Strategist, known for her ability to tackle intricate challenges and deliver equitable, effective solutions. With more than 17 years of experience in the federal government, she brings a wealth of expertise in managing and executing HR and EEO programs. Anaury designs and delivers impactful training, equipping managers, supervisors, and employees with vital knowledge to ensure HR and EEO compliance, conflict resolution, mediation and prevention of sexual and non-sexual harassment. She is committed to fostering inclusive workplace cultures, focusing on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and accommodations for pregnancy-related needs and disabilities. Her expertise includes evaluating and modernizing key policies such as Personal Assistance Services, Language Accessibility (Interpreter Services), and Sign Language support.  Anaury’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her extensive practical experience, driven by her passion for lifelong learning. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management with a minor in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University and is now further enhancing her expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Health Care Administration. Showcasing her dedication to leadership development, she also completed the distinguished Executive Leadership Development Program at American University. Anaury is highly regarded for her steadfast dedication to fostering inclusive workplaces, with a particular focus on promoting accessibility and inclusion for individuals with disabilities.
